RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We stand behind our products, but we will ONLY accommodate exchanges in the following conditions:
- Give us a prompt notification once you receive the package and why you are returning the products. An exchange is only allowed for unused items.
- A color exchange will not be accepted unless your previous order is not available.
- Customer will take care of return & exchange shipping charges.
To return or exchange items, they must be in their original condition – unused and with all tags attached and associated packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are sure that you are keeping them. Shoes that are returned with marked soles may not be accepted.
